Les Miserables Linoleum by Littel-Gerll Les Miserables Linoleum by Littel-Gerll
My newest stamp (I don't know if I should call it a stamp since its made out of linoleum) from my newest obsession. The movie was absolutely amazing. I would say that everybody should see it at some point. The music is spectacular, the acting was phenomenal, and it was overall beautiful. also, Eddie Redmayne :D

But anyways, this was for an assignment for a class, we were assigned to use linoleum, which was a dramatic change for me. Its so much harder than rubber, and I found myself constantly ironing it to make it easier to cut.

Altogether, I think that I spent over 20 hours on this lost track, oops, and it was assigned about a week ago. Let's just say, I didn't get much sleep that week.

I used this [link] to make it. I was going to add "les miserables" at the top, but in the end I didn't have time.

I would say that its a little under 8 inches by 11 inches (since it took up about a whole sheet of paper) making this the biggest project I have ever done. The music that I have printed it on is Fantine's song "I Dreamed a Dream" sheet music.

I really hope that you like it. :D

please don't ask about the red and blue on the linoleum

Come check out my other stamps.
