Here's another one of my stamps that I have made! I have been really pushing myself lately to try and get better at making them, but I thought I would stop for a bit and do something easier!
I was wrong. This stamp took me... I don't want to give specific numbers but let's just say I could have watched the movie Captain America four times in the time it took me to make this.
Now if you think that i own Mario and Luigi, you've probably been in a coma for 30 years. Mario and Luigi belong to Nintendo. Here are the pictures [link][link] I used.
By the way, these two were specifically from the game "Super Paper Mario" which is my favorite Mario game.
wow, you did an awesome job on this, lol, also i know how you feel about the time to make this, it takes a lot of time to do a rubber stamp, i was in a 3d art design class in high school last year and i had to do this, it took me so many days to finish mine and i had to use a mirror to draw the picture on the stamp, it was the hardest project ever but its so worth it because you can stamp lots of letters and papers when your done making it, i made a super mario 3d land one, i'll post it sometime.
Yeah... Making stamps really does take forever... This stamp took me the most time to make out of any of the other stamps that I have made. Mostly because it is basically a two in one stamp. And I have managed to not have to do the whole, you have to make it backward thing. I just use tracing paper and press it onto the rubber. It is a whole bunches easier. Drawing directly onto rubber is bad in case you mess up, ya know? Also, that stamp sounds really neat! You'll have to send me a link to it sometime!
I have a piece where I have used linoleum though.
